Why in certain points of the dyed surface blots and mold are presented?
Reasons:
Increased humidity
Solution:
In case that the blots are caused by the accumulated humidity, initially it’s essential to be faced the reasons that caused it and then we should let the surface dry.
Cleaning of the surface with anti-mold or liquid bleach in solution with water is required.
This procedure is recommended to be done at least twice.
Then apply waterbased primer Tetradur by TETRALUX if there are loose spots.
Then two layers of antimould, thermoceramic, energy, emulsion paint Thermolux interior by TETRALUX.
Why the paint is removed as dust when it is rubbed?
Reasons:
The reason is the bad quality of the paint or the application to a very thin layer.
Solution:
- Clean the surface from the dust.
- Use water-based primer Tetradur by TETRALUX.
- Apply two layers of ecological emulsion paint Super Ecolux or Elite by TETRALUX.
Why does the painted wall show peeling - cracking in some places?
Reasons:
The paint has not adhered well due to:
- Inadequate surface preparation (application of paint on a very absorbent surface without being primed).
- Application of bad quality paint.
- Application of paint at very low temperatures.
- Traped moisture on the wall.
- Apply paint to a new wall before the expiration of one month required for the surface to regulate its excessive alkalinity.
Solution:
In case the peeling is due to accumulated moisture, it is necessary first to address the causes that caused it and to pass the drying time.
The following procedure is recommended, which also applies to the other causes:
- Cleaning the surface by scratching or scrubbing and plastering where necessary.
- Prime with Tetradur water-based primer by TETRALUX.
- Paint the wall with two layers of ecological emulsion paint Super Ecolux or Elite by TETRALUX.
Why do stuccos stand out?
Reasons:
- Bad plastering (the plastered surface is different from the rest of the wall).
- Low color coverage application.
- Excessive dilution of color.
Solution:
- Regarding bad plastering it is necessary to improve the plastering surface and then the following procedure is recommended which is common to all other causes.
- Paint the wall with two layers of ecological emulsion paint Super Ecolux or Elite by TETRALUX.
Why do cracks appear in stucco areas of the surface?
Reasons:

Why do yellow spots or stains appear on a painted wall?
Reasons:
- There is a strong presence of nicotine in the area due to smoking.
- Accumulated moisture.
- The area where the surfaces are is not adequately ventilated or located too close to heat sources.
Solution:
If the yellows are due to accumulated moisture, it is necessary to first treat the
causes that caused it and the necessary drying time to elapse.
The following procedure is recommended, which also applies to the other causes:
- Cleaning the surface
- Application of one layer Velatura by TETRALUX
- Paint two layers of ecological emulsion paint Super Ecolux or Elite by TETRALUX.
Exterior Walls
- Priming with Tetradur water-based or solvent-based primer by TETRALUX.
- Painting the wall with two coats of insulating elastomeric paint Monolux or with the acrylic 100% Super paint of TETRALUX.
Why do capillary cracks appear on a plastered unpainted wall?
Reasons:

Solution:
- Clean the surface from the dust.
- Priming with Tetradur water-based or solvent-based primer by TETRALUX.
- Painting the walls of the house two coats with acrylic paint 100% Super by TETRALUX.
Why do plasters stand out on a painted surface?
Reasons:
They were not adequately covered by the color because:
- Bad plastering (the plastered surface is different from the rest of the wall).
- Low color coverage application.
- Excessive dilution of the paint.
Solution:
Regarding the first cause (bad plastering) it is necessary to improve the surface and then the following procedure is recommended, as for the other causes:
Painting the walls of the house two coats with acrylic paint 100% Super byTETRALUX.
Why does the paint fade on the outside of the wall?
Reasons:
- Paint with poor quality paint

- Application of acrylic paint on a non-primed surface.
- Wall painting in shades of yellow or red that are less resistant to intense sunlight
Solution:
Painting the walls of the house two coats with acrylic paint 100% Super byTETRALUX
Why do there appear runs on the wall that differentiate the color of the wall?
Reasons:
They usually occur due to the application of paint in conditions of increased humidity.
Solution:
It is recommended to paint the surface with a coat of Super 100% acrylic paint byTETRALUX in normal conditions.
Why do aspirins (salts) appear on a painted surface in the form of powder?
Reasons:
- Before painting the surface, the existing salts were not removed.
- There were capillary cracks from which moisture penetrated, dragging water-soluble salts to the outer surface.
- Moisture appeared inside the wall or which was released (coming out) by entraining water-soluble salts from the plaster or concrete.
- There is increased ambient humidity which due to a thin layer of paint has penetrated and when it comes out it carries away salts.
Solution:
In case the asprils are due to moisture, it is necessary to first address the causes that caused it and to pass the necessary drying time.
Then we follow the following procedure:
- Rubbing the surface, removing salts and rinsing with clean water.
