WATERPROOFING AGENT ALPINA
Waterproofing agent ALPINA is a solvent-free silicone emulsion ready to use, used for the waterproofing of inorganic substrates.
It offers great water-repellence, allowing the building elements to breathe thanks to its water permeability.
It does not create film and thus does not change the appearance of painted surfaces.
It protects the surfaces from salts and dirt. It has a high resistance to alkalinity and immediate action after application.
Certified with CE as hydrophobic impregnation according to EN 1504-2.
APPLICATION
- Stir well before use
- Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from foreign objects and substances.
Vertical surfaces
- Waterproofing agent ALPINA is applied by spreading (brush, brush, roller, etc.) or spraying.
- One or two layers are sufficient.
- The second layer should be applied as long as the first layer is still wet.
- Waterproofing is achieved even on slightly wet surfaces.
Horizontal surfaces
- Apply Waterproofing agent ALPINA to horizontal surfaces (absorbent tiles, cement mortars, mosaics, etc.) with squeegee and to tile joints with paint brush.
- Allow the material to act for 4-6 minutes, then remove the excess material with the squeegee and clean the surface with a slightly wet cloth.
- Final cleaning can be done after 4-6 hours.
